Legal
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. By creating an OnChainFaucet account you agree to be bound by them.
1. Accounts
OnChainFaucet accounts are personal. Sharing credentials or allowing another person to sign in for you is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
2. Wallets & keys
Every user is issued their own on-chain BNB, TRON and Solana wallet on first sign-in. Users are responsible for keeping their password, 2FA device and private key backup safe. OnChainFaucet cannot restore a lost private key.
2a. Solana (SOL) network — launched 13 July 2026
OnChainFaucet has partnered with Big Solana to bring native SOL support to the platform. Every account is automatically issued an on-chain Solana wallet on first sign-in. SOL deposits are detected and swept automatically, and SOL withdrawals broadcast on the Solana mainnet-beta network with fees fully sponsored by the protocol. Solana investment plans offer the same 40% monthly rate as BNB and TRX plans, with the following minimums: (i) standard plans lock for a minimum of 30 days and require a minimum stake of USD 5,000; (ii) a special 1-Week Turbo lock is available on every Solana plan for a minimum stake of USD 44,000 and matures in exactly 7 calendar days. All Solana positions carry the same principal guarantee, non-custodial multi-sig custody and 0-fee promise as BNB and TRX positions.
3. Funding wallet
The Funding Wallet is your on-platform spot balance. It holds capital off the live market to protect it from volatility. Funding balances can be used to invest, to reinvest, or to swap to your on-chain wallet via Swap → Funding → On-chain. Funding cannot be sent directly to an external address — swap to on-chain first, then withdraw.
4. Investment plans
Advertised monthly returns are targets, not guarantees. Actual results depend on market conditions. When an investment matures, its principal plus accrued yield is credited to your Funding Wallet automatically. From Funding you may Reinvest into a new plan or Swap → On-chain and then withdraw.
4a. Withdrawing matured investments
All on-chain withdrawals are processed from your on-chain wallet balance. To withdraw a matured investment, (1) accept the credit to your Funding Wallet, (2) open Swap and move Funding → On-chain, (3) use Wallet → Withdraw with 2FA. Each step is real and reversible only by user action.
4b. Membership tiers & Swap eligibility
OnChainFaucet accounts sit in one of four membership tiers: Standard, Pro, Elite, and Diamond Trader. The Swap engine (Funding → On-chain) is a Pro-tier feature and is only available to accounts tagged Pro, Elite, or Diamond by the OnChainFaucet team. Pro-tier membership requires an active on-platform investment quota of at least $200,000 and a satisfactory compliance review. OnChainFaucet may upgrade, downgrade, or revoke a membership tier at any time; the account holder is notified by email of every tier change. Downgrading to Standard removes Swap access.
5. Two-factor authentication
2FA is required for every withdrawal from an on-chain wallet and for revealing a private key.
6. Partner Portal
Partner Portal access is granted at OnChainFaucet's discretion to approved shareholders. Withdrawals from the Partner Wallet require the Partner security PIN in addition to 2FA.
7. First partner withdrawal review
The first withdrawal from any Partner Wallet is placed under review and released only after the account has cleared in-person KYC/AML verification at the OnChainFaucet UK branch. Subsequent partner withdrawals are broadcast on-chain automatically.
7-B. Partner-wallet withdrawal cadence (board resolution, effective 1 August 2026)
Following a resolution of the board of directors ratified at the most recent shareholders' meeting, every partner-wallet withdrawal — regardless of country, tier or shareholder class — is limited to once every six (6) months. Requests submitted within an active six-month window are automatically queued into the next eligible window. Dividends, CPI earnings, grants and parity accrual continue in full between windows; only the release cadence changes.
7-C. Mandatory AML programme — restricted countries
In accordance with FATF, OFAC and comparable international sanctions and enhanced-monitoring frameworks, partners whose registered country of residence is one of the following are subject to an enhanced AML compliance programme before any further partner-wallet withdrawal is released: United States, China, South Korea, Colombia, South Africa, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, Myanmar (Burma), Afghanistan, Yemen, Sudan, South Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Haiti, Nicaragua, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Kenya, Vietnam, Philippines, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, Panama, Lebanon, Algeria and Bulgaria. The programme requires: (i) a valid bank statement demonstrating account of record, (ii) a signed source-of-funds declaration, (iii) a live video verification submitted through the OnChainFaucet Faucet Verification platform, and (iv) an AML deposit of USD 60,000 in BNB to the partner's dedicated AML Locked vault. The deposit may be made incrementally; the target accumulates until reached. This list is derived from published international standards and is subject to periodic review by our compliance committee. Partners registered in countries outside this list are exempt from clauses (i) – (iv) and follow the standard six-month cadence in 7-B without additional clearance.
7-D. AML Locked vault
Each restricted-country partner is issued a dedicated on-chain BNB (BEP-20) AML deposit address, accessible through the AML Locked tab in the Partner Portal. Funds sent to this address are held in a locked compliance vault and are non-transferable. AML funds become claimable back to the partner one (1) full calendar year after both of the following conditions are simultaneously met: the USD 60,000 deposit target has been reached, and the compliance file (bank statement, source-of-funds declaration and video verification) has been approved by the OnChainFaucet compliance team. Partial AML deposits do not start the one-year clock.
7-E. Missed or expired verification links
Compliance verification links are single-use and time-bound. A missed, expired or otherwise unused link cannot be re-opened; the partner must request a fresh link through the Partner Portal. Failure to complete any element of the AML programme, or repeated failure to act on a re-issued link, results in a suspension of partner-account access until the programme is complete. Balances remain safe on-chain during any such suspension.
7a. Tri-parity access rule (effective 13 July 2026)
Every partner account is subject to a three-stage parity rule enforced automatically by the platform, applied identically to all three supported networks. Parity 1: the partner's on-chain parity wallet must hold at least $50,000 USD equivalent in BNB. Parity 2: at least $50,000 USD equivalent in TRX. Parity 3 (new): at least $50,000 USD equivalent in SOL. When any parity is cleared, the partner and the OnChainFaucet operations team are notified by email immediately; partner-wallet withdrawals remain paused until all three parities are cleared. Once all parities are met, partner-wallet withdrawals become fully accessible and the partner receives a final confirmation email. If any parity balance later falls below its $50,000 target, withdrawal access is paused again until the shortfall is restored. SOL parity applies to every partner account going forward, including partners approved before the launch of the Solana network.
8. KYC & AML
Shareholders and elite-tier customers must complete KYC and AML in person at the nearest OnChainFaucet UK branch. Documents required include a valid photo ID, a recent bank statement and any additional compliance documents requested by the review team.
9. Stage 1 — Unauthorized access hold
If our security systems detect an account being accessed from two different locations at the same time, or from a location that does not match the account's pattern, access is paused. The account owner is notified by email and, on next sign-in, shown a security screen. See the Access & Security Policy for how to restore access.
10. Stage 2 — Compliance hold
OnChainFaucet may place an account on compliance hold at any time if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, sanctions exposure or abuse of the platform. Access is restored only after satisfactory verification.
11. Prohibited activity
Providing false identification, using automated tools to bypass security, abusing referral or promotional bonuses, or attempting to defraud OnChainFaucet or other customers will result in permanent account closure and, where appropriate, forfeiture of promotional balances.
12. Risk
Cryptocurrency is a high-risk asset. Prices can move quickly and value can be lost. You should only commit funds you can afford to lose.
13. Changes to these terms
OnChainFaucet may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
